Beyond his professional achievements, Irabor has been active in advocating for the Nigerian diaspora in Germany. In November 2021, as the General Coordinator of the Nigerians in Diaspora Network (NDN), he highlighted issues related to the unavailability of Nigerian passport booklets in missions abroad. He emphasized the challenges this posed to Nigerians in maintaining their legal status and livelihoods in their host countries, urging the Nigerian government to address the situation promptly.
